Where is my meowbox?

We ship meowboxes on the 15th of the month (or the next soonest business day). It can take between 2 and 8 business days, depending on where your meowbox is going.

You will receive an email the day that your subscription box ships, and in it there will be a link where you can track the progress of your package.

You can also see a list of shipments and tracking numbers by logging in your account and choosing subscriptions from the menu.
