When am I charged for my meowbox?

You are first charged when you sign up for meowbox, and your first box ships within 3 business days after your order is placed. Subsequent billing occurs on the 1st of every month or every-other-month, depending what plan you are on, while meowboxes ship by the 15th. We leave this gap in between billing and shipping to allow for failed payments, credit card updates and address changes.

If you order your first box on the 25th of the month or later, instead of being billed just a few days later on the 1st of the next month, you will skip that month and renew the month after. If you do not want to skip just let us know and we will update your account.
