How do I login to my account?
Why did my meowbox subscription skip a month?
If you order a monthly meowbox subscription between the 27th and the last day of the month, your subscription will skip the following calendar month's box.
Is your cat trying to convince you there's no such thing as too many toys? Send us a meow and we can add on the skipped box to your account.
Why is the website rejecting my payment method?
Our apologies for the inconvenience. Here are some common reasons for declined payments:
- The expiry date of your card has been entered incorrectly. Please ensure the expiry date is entered in the format MM/YYYY.
- Your bank is blocking the charge. We process all payments in Canada. Some banks outside of Canada automatically block international charges to help protect you from fraud. If you are in the United States or the United Kingdom, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction and reattempt the purchase.
If you are still unable to order, please contact us and we would be happy to lend a paw.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your address through your account or by contacting us. Please note, address changes need to be made before the 1st of the month to apply to that month's shipment.
What can I do if my order is missing, or arrives damaged?
Our apologies. Please contact us within 30 days so we can make things right.
How do I update my account?
You can update your contact and shipping information in your meowbox account. If you're having trouble, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
When will I be charged for my meowbox?
You are billed for your first meowbox once you place your order, and we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link when your first box ships.
If you order a monthly or every-other-month subscription between the 27th and the last day of the month, your plan will skip the following calendar month’s box. If you sign up for a monthly plan on the 26th or earlier, your subscription will renew on the 1st of the following calendar month for your second box.
From there, your subscription will renew on the 1st of every month, or every other month (depending on your plan), and your meowbox will ship by mid-month. The period between billing and shipping allows our fulfilment team sufficient time to process and pack our large volume of monthly orders.
I need to take a short break, but don’t want to cancel. Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can skip a month or pause future renewals directly in your account at any time.
Please note that when you pause your subscription, you will still receive any meowboxes you have already been billed for.
What is the extra fee on my bank statement?
We process all meowbox payments in Canada. Due to this, some banks outside of Canada may issue a small foreign transaction fee. This fee will appear as a separate transaction on your bank statement. Please contact your financial institution for more information.
