    Choose either the monthly or bi-monthly plan, depending on how frequently you would like to receive a meowbox. You can switch plans at any time by contacting us.

    We’ll send you an email with your tracking link as soon as your box has shipped.

When will my box arrive?

For your first meowbox, select which theme you would like to receive, or let us surprise you. Subscriptions will then automatically renew on the 1st and ship mid-month (note that gift plans do not renew). If you order between the 29th and the last day of the month, you will skip the following month's box, allowing your kitty some time to enjoy their first box before their second arrives. Please also note, address changes need to be made before the 1st of the month to apply to that month’s shipment.

What will be included in my box?

Our passionate team of cat product experts carefully curates each box with fun, unique toys designed to enrich kitty’s indoor environment. Treats in your meowbox are organic, functional, limited-ingredient, or grain-free, and made in human-grade facilities. Forget generic pet store toys: You won’t find most of the goodies in your meowbox anywhere else.

And if it turns out that kitty prefers a good ol’ toilet paper roll over toys? Simply contact us to cancel further renewals and we will pounce on it, no questions asked.
