Thank you for taking the time to let us know. I'm sorry to hear your kitties didn't enjoy their treats. We offer different treats each month and they can vary based on company, ingredients and type (liquid, kibble, freeze dried). We know all kitties are different and some prefer fish over chicken etc so unfortunately we can't guarantee every treat will be a good fit for every kitty, but we try our best :)
We do also offer a subscription with an extra toy instead of a treat so that could be an option to prevent a treat the kitties might not like again.
